THE 1:1 6 SESSION PACK INCLUDES:

• 90-MIN JUMPSTART INTENSIVE CALL WHERE WE DEEP DIVE, ASSESS YOUR teen's GOALS AND DECIDE ON AN ACTION PLAN FOR OUR TIME TOGETHER.

• FIVE 60-MINUTE SESSIONS, WHICH CAN BE DONE IN PERSON IN LA, OR BY PHONE OR SKYPE  (every we at a mutually agreed upon time). I love being active with teens. They share more freely when they aren't thinking about it. Pne of my favorite coaching sessions was with two teenage girls while we were hiking in Yosemite! It doesn't get any more beautiful than that! (this can't always happen, but its nice when it does).

• EMAIL/TEXT SUPPORT IN BETWEEN OUR COACHING CALLS. I support you and your teen by helping with supplementary materials (podcasts, books, or articles) which will help them target whatever outcome we are trying to reach together.
