BIOGRAPHY
Kirsten is a Hall of Fame NCAA Division I volleyball player, 15-year NIKE executive, motivational speaker, Peak Performance coach, author of the essential sports parenting guide Raising Empowered Athletes, and host of the interview podcast “Raising Athletes.”
She works with athletes, parents, and sports organization leaders alike, helping them to release their limitations and reach their goals. Kirsten's super power is getting people out of their heads and into their bodies, allowing them to feel their best and perform beyond what they believed possible.
Kirsten and her husband, Evan, have raised three young adult athletes (ages 24, 21, and 19). They reside in Los Angeles.
