DIII Head Women’s Volleyball Coach, Andrew Brown has crossed the 100 win threshold in record time- just his 4th season. The Violets just won their second straight conference title and are ranked #6 in the nation as they march towards the national championship weekend Nov 18-20th in Pittsburgh, PA.

Coach Brown and I discussed what it takes to play at this level and tips he uses to help his athletes stay grounded and feeling confident to chase their dreams.
