Wanna crush your goals in 2022? Excellent!

So do we…. on todays episode we talk about the importance of getting clarity on what it is you want to bring into your life, then how to get specific and start to chip away daily while holding a long-term vision for what’s to come.

When we plant the oak tree, we don’t see anything coming out of the ground for many, many months. But that doesn’t mean that see isn’t taking root, growing deep down into the earth to anchor itself and find a water source so it can start growing up and out.

Just because you don’t see the trunk immediately, doesn’t mean you aren’t making progress.

This week we discussed two effective ways to set goals for the year… please have a listen and let us know what works for you!

Episode #29: Helping Your Teen Athlete Build Better Habits

One of the biggest gifts an athlete can acquire by playing sports, in addition to the fun stuff like winning, learning about the power of teamwork and leadership, is the skillsets that can be developed over time which lead to creating good habits for life.

Habits which make you successful in life: such as being on time, doing extra, working hard even when no one is watching.

This week Kirsten and Susie speak about the benefits of helping our teen athletes build good habits & how to better do that. If it’s driven by will power it won’t last long, but if it’s work ethic that’s been created by doing the little things every day, this adds up exponentially over time.
